Le sue bottiglie si possono trovare in alcuni dei migliori ristoranti e lex cancelliere Schroeder è uno dei suoi clienti. Ma Romano non fa nulla per promuovere la sua attività, se non dipingendo con le sue mani ogni etichetta.
Synopsis: Romano Levi is the only person in the world still making grappa using a very traditional method. His bottles can be found in the best restaurants in the world and the former German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder is one of his clients. But Romano does nothing to promote his bottles apart from hand-painting the labels

| Nato a Cuneo nel 1978, Stefano Scarafia si laurea nel 2004 in Architettura al Politecnico di Torino. Durante
gli studi lavora come autore e regista per agenzie pubblicitarie e case di produzione video e collabora con la
Facoltà di Architettura alla produzione di progetti audiovisivi. Realizza cortometraggi e documentari indipendenti
che partecipano a festival nazionali e internazionali.
Nel 2006 realizza per Stefilm International Il poeta della Grappa, un episodio della serie di documentari
Questa terra, una coproduzione internazionale realizzata in occasione delle Olimpiadi Torino 2006. Born in Cuneo in 1978, Stefano Scarafia graduated in 2004 in architecture from the Turin Polytechnic. During his studies he worked as a writer and director for advertising agencies and video production houses and collaborated with the Architecture Faculty on audio-visual projects. He makes short films and independent documentaries which have been shown at Italian and international festivals. In 2006 he made Il poeta della Grappa (The Poet of Grappa) for Stefilm International as part of a series of documentaries called Questa Terra (This Land), an international co-production made for the 2006 Turin Winter Olympics.
