Synopsis: A day in the country. The old farmer cleans out the mud in thestream while his wife makes cheese to sell on the edge of the road. Time seems to have stood still until their grandson pays a visit to their remote farm. Suddenly there is Coca Cola, biscuits and TV. | Alejandro Fernández Almendras è nato a Chillán, in Cile, nel 1971.Ha studiato fino al 1991, in seguito ha lavorato
come critico cinematografico, fotografo e giornalista. Ha realizzato diversi cortometraggi ottenendo diversi
premi dal 2001. Sta attualmente lavorando al suo primo lungometraggio, che sarà realizzato con il contributo
del Fondo Mondiale per il Cinema. Born in Chillán, in Chile, in 1971, Alejandro Fernández Almendras studied until 1991, and then worked as a film critic, photographer and journalist. He has made several award-winning short films since 2001 and is currently developing his first feature film, which is supported by the World Cinema Fund.
